Tyson Gentry

Tyson Gentry is Founder and President of New Perspective Foundation, a non-profit foundation that provides assistance to individuals hospitalized due to spinal cord injuries. An Ohio State University alum, Tyson walked onto the football team as a punter/wide receiver during his freshman year in 2004. In 2006, during a team scrimmage, Tyson sustained a spinal cord injury paralyzing him from the neck down. Today, Tyson is a dedicated motivational speaker and advocate for spinal cord injury awareness sharing his message with schools, churches, and various organizations about overcoming adversity. Through his foundation and public speaking, Tyson highlights the importance of maintaining a positive outlook and perspective during life's challenges.
